About Us

Collaborative Newcastle is an innovative new partnership which aims to improve the health, wealth and wellbeing of everyone in the City.

Through new ways of closer joint working between some of the City’s largest organisations – including the hospitals, council, GPs, care homes and the mental health trust – Collaborative Newcastle aims to reduce inequality and provide better opportunities for all – children, families, adults and the elderly alike.

There are two key strands of work; we bring together knowledge, expertise and resources from across the partnership to develop and deliver ambitious new plans in these areas:

• Health and social care

• Growth and prosperity
