Newcastle City Council

Proud, fair, ambitious. Newcastle City Council support every aspect of life in Newcastle. Supporting families, schools and children to achieve their potential; environmental services including bin collections and neighbourhoods; driving investment, culture and events in the city and working alongside businesses. The Council provide adult social care services across the city, including day centres, care homes and intermediate care facilities to help residents live independently.

Newcastle Gateshead NHS Clinical Commissioning Group

Newcastle Gateshead NHS CCG plan and buy the majority of local NHS care and health services for around half a million people living in Newcastle and Gateshead. We are mostly made up of doctors, nurses and other health professionals – with support from experienced health service managers. We work closely with all 60 GP practices in the area, which enables us to have close links to our patients, allowing us to develop more personalised local health services that respond to individual needs.

The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (Newcastle Hospitals) is one of the largest and most successful teaching hospitals in England, providing academically led acute, specialist and local community services to patients from Newcastle, the wider North East and Cumbria, across the UK and internationally. We are proud to have been rated as outstanding twice by the CQC, most recently in May 2019.

Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust

CNTW provides a range of mental health, learning disability and neurological care services across the north of England. The Trust works from more than 70 sites across Cumbria, Northumberland, Newcastle, North Tyneside, Gateshead, South Tyneside and Sunderland. We also run a number of regional and national specialist services. Along with partners, we deliver support to people in their own homes, and from community and hospital-based premises.

Newcastle GP Services is the GP federation for Newcastle-upon-Tyne. We support our member practices across the city to provide excellent clinical care and a positive patient experience.

Connected Voice

Connected Voice provides free advice and support to people and organisations to help them make a positive difference, as well as ethical accountancy that directly funds charitable work. We campaign for health equality and represent our charity, social enterprise and voluntary community nationally, regionally and locally. We connect people through events and networks, and give people the skills they need to advocate for themselves or turn their ideas into a successful project.

Blue Stone Collaborative

Blue Stone Collaborative enables third sector organisations to come together, supporting collaboration with local commissioners and other stakeholders, facilitating partnership and participation in health and care to help shape and contribute to transformation.
